Throughout our working lives, we’ll all have workplace conversations that we know we will find challenging. There are some that we actually dread - whether that’s due to the subject we need to discuss with someone or that we find the individual themselves difficult to handle. But we also have to recognise that avoiding these conversations will only create greater issues to tackle further down the line…

This one day session focuses on assertive mindset and behaviours, taking a respectful approach to tough conversations, challenging individuals and awkward situations. This management training course will help leaders enter these interactions with a more confident, practical and mindful approach.
